Tim spent a year at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed his master’s degree in Philosophy at the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis with a thesis on Nietzsche’s philosophical method. He has a special interest in constructive responses to difference and diversity, how philosophy can contribute to a more flourishing society, and how it can help us support the initiatives of the most marginalized. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in Religion (Philosophy of Religion and Theology) at Claremont Graduate University. At Cerritos College, he is an advisor to the Philosophy Club and founded the Grupo de Filosofía en Español (GFE), which read and discussed texts in both English and Spanish.
