Laura Kotevska is a Lecturer at The University of Sydney, appointed in the Education Portfolio in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and the Department of Philosophy. She received her PhD from the University of Sydney and was a visiting researcher at Princeton University in 2013 and 2014. Her research focuses on early modern conceptions of moral and epistemic virtue and looks to early modern mathematics for recommendations about the cultivation of virtue. At the University of Sydney, Laura teaches ethics and critical thinking and supervises projects on education, climate justice, and technology ethics. She has an emerging interest in scholarship on teaching and learning, particularly teaching for moral and epistemic virtue.
