I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of San Diego. I work at the intersection of medieval philosophy, metaphysics, and philosophy of religion. I also teach courses on ancient philosophy, death and dying, and the philosophy of mind. Most of my previous research has been on the thought of Thomas Aquinas. More recently I have begun working on the philosophical thought of medieval mystics.
